Journalling Club

An hour in the company of other women, collecting your thoughts, so you can step off the treadmill of life.

Mondays 8pm online

Starting Monday 28th July

Starting with a short grounding practice, I’ll then guide you through writing prompts to reflect on what you actually need and how to get there.

No need to share, but having this dedicated space where we come together can provide you with gentle accountability and community.

‘Feel like I’ve just had a massive mental hug’

Book your spot

I’ve created the Journalling Club a bit like ‘a yoga class for your mind’, in that it’s a weekly space to create a journalling habit, which will help improve your self awareness and wellbeing over time.

There are a few options for payments below, a solidarity rate and a standard rate. With the option to either just attend one session as a drop in or commit to 6 sessions (like a yoga class).

*I've added a solidarity rate to help make the sessions more accessible. If the standard rate feels like a stretch right now, please feel free to choose the lower option.

The upcoming dates are 28th July, 4th, 11th & 25th August and 1st & 8th September. (we’ll meet for three weeks, have a week off, and then return for the next three weeks)

6 Sessions

Journalling was one of the first steps in figuring out for myself what I actually wanted. Initially it was a way of dumping out all the random thoughts which would circle around my head. Then as time went on with more structure I found I could begin to question some of these thoughts (which we often just believe as fact).

Then it led me to understanding so much more about myself, why I made the choices I did (or sometimes more importantly didn’t), which areas of life were bringing me joy, and which not so much.

I found the space to tune into myself and the more I took actions that felt right to me the more resilient and happier I felt.

Hi I’m Lynne,

I’m not promising journalling is a magic wand to solve all problems. But it's a huge starting point in getting to know yourself more, giving yourself the time and space to be.

My prompts and questions will gently guide you to uncover what you need, with a big dose of self compassion and kindness. So we’re able to step of autopilot and into more intentional living.

FAQs

  • No, because a huge amount of the benefit of these sessions also lies in dedicating yourself one hour a week to this reflecting space. Obviously life can get in the way sometimes so if for some reason at the last minute you can’t attend live, email me and I will send over the guided prompts for you to complete in your own time. But you really will get the most from the experience if you come along live.

  • I can email the journal prompts before the session so you have time to read and prepare if this is helpful for you. I will be available on the chat function if you have any questions during the session.

You don’t have to answer all of the questions, some will resonate with you and some might take a bit more thinking about, just take what you need from each session.
