Christmas Journalling

Come and take a pause in all the festive rush.

The video below will guide you with gentle journalling to reflect on how you want to feel as we move through the next few weeks and to the end of 2025. And make a doable, realistic plan to support yourself.

As well as the guided prompts, as I always start my journalling club, we’ll do a brain dump exercise and a grounding meditation so you arrive in the best frame of mind to allow your thoughts to flow and get the answers which are right for you.

Turn your phone on silent, put it out the way, grab a mug (or glass!) of something warming, light a candle, sit cosily with a blanket, notebook and pen, in a space where you won’t be disturbed. If you’d like to play some background music, you could try this playlist I have created, or choose something for yourself.

Take this at your own speed, pause after each prompt and write your thoughts, or doodle or voicenote, whatever works best for you.
